Kansas City's own Betty Bryant, also known as "Cool Miss B," is a celebrated pianist and singer whose career has spanned decades, earning her international acclaim. Her music, a captivating blend of jazz, blues, and cabaret, showcases her exceptional piano technique, light swinging touch, and adept vocal delivery. Betty connects deeply with her audience, whether through blues classics, cabaret gems, or serious jazz compositions. Starting her career under the mentorship of Jay McShann, she moved to the west coast in 1955, making a name for herself in Los Angeles's vibrant music scene.
